PITCHING DEMONSTRATION

The above is a demonstration of the Pitching technique.  Notice the swing is from 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock........the speed of that motion will give you different distances.  Remember, a pitch it where the ball travels the majority of the distance in the AIR....minimum ground time.
